It was close to the medical mile.........It was quiet on our floor so that was nice......once I found out where the check in desk was and got there it was an easy process in and out......

Location was perfect to surrounding businesses & entertainment. Beds are super comfortable & clean. This was my 2nd time choosing the Hyatt because I know I'll get a good night sleep.

Being from the 'country', the location was fun and the hotel was clean and comfortable and I loved looking at the view from the 10th floor into the city.

Elaine, the bartender, was amazing—she took the time to explain each drink she was mixing and the reason behind it. The hotel was very secure, requiring an intercom to enter and check in, and after that you needed your key 24/7 to access the building. It was also super convenient, with everything within a 15-minute walk, so there was plenty to explore close by.

All the staff were phenomenal. Willing to help and offer suggestions for places to see and go.. the parking was a breeze. The website has informative directions. The parking garage was well marked and I knew how to easily use the in and out privileges. The breakfast was quite plentiful and a great value. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. We would definitely return!!

It's right downtown, the loation is very good. The beds are very comfortable, you really feel this place is fairly new. The breakfast was pretty good as well, with a lot of variety offered, though I wouldn't mind a few more non-sweet options. The clocks next to the beds had USB-slots, which was a life-saver, because I did not have any US-adapters with me and that allowed me to charge my phone anyways.

The hotel is beautiful and so clean. We were lucky enough to get a corner room and the view was awesome. It was truly a great experience and we would stay again, if prices aren't too high. The included breakfast was also wonderful.

It was close to everything we needed and short trip to the beach. Very friendly neighborhood. Staff was outstanding!! Couldn’t have been friendlier and more accommodating!
