Hyatt Place Grand Rapids Downtown

Location was perfect to surrounding businesses & entertainment. Beds are super comfortable & clean. This was my 2nd time choosing the Hyatt because I know I'll get a good night sleep.

It's right downtown, the loation is very good. The beds are very comfortable, you really feel this place is fairly new. The breakfast was pretty good as well, with a lot of variety offered, though I wouldn't mind a few more non-sweet options. The clocks next to the beds had USB-slots, which was a life-saver, because I did not have any US-adapters with me and that allowed me to charge my phone anyways.

It was close to everything we needed and short trip to the beach. Very friendly neighborhood. Staff was outstanding!! Couldn’t have been friendlier and more accommodating!

Excellent services and exceptional staff. Ray from the morning breakfast kitchen crew was very personal and knowledgeable with the downtown area. Erin too displayed exceptional management skills as he worked both the check-in as well as the bar flawlessly. Cassie was super busy w managing the check-in and bar and when a group of us tried ordering wings she explained that she couldn't make the wings for obvious reasons. However, once things slowed down she came back over and asked if we were still interested with having the wings, which course we ordered. She was exceptional with going above what she could do and for that my family is greatful. The breakfast had a large variety of wholesome foods. The sausage, eggs, hash browns, and oatmeal were exceptional. The fruit was fresh and cut up. The bathroom sink had extra room. The shower was so nice - tiled and walk in. The mattress was comfortable. Quiet room - 5th floor. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Nice location.
